INCORPORATION AND OWNERSHIP
A&M EPC Limited was incorporated in Ghana as a Limited Liability Company on 9th January, 2019 and commenced business on 9th January, 2019. On commencement, the nature of business was Civil Engineering, General Construction Road Construction and Manufacturers’ Representative, with its main Shareholders being Abel Adade
